- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Membership of The Wardrobe Diet™ Programme is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These may be subject to change and we will notify you of any changes by email.
- Application for The Wardrobe Diet™ Programme
Any person living within a 30 mile radius of Worthing can join.
Application is made in person with Gay Richardson where your application will be processed.
Submitting such application you are deemed to have accepted such terms and conditions.
- The Wardrobe Diet™ Membership
Details of the membership programme can be found on the website page and can be subject to change. Such changes will be notified on our website.
A hard copy will be given to you on signing up, for your records.
- Membership Payments
Monthly payments are on a rolling 6 monthly contract paid by direct debit, through Go Cardless, or PayPal, determined at outset of joining. Payments are collected on 5th of the month.
Please give one months’ notice and if direct debits are cancelled before the full term is made please note that invoices will be sent for the balance of the fees.
Renewal payments are set by SMC and are set at our discretion.
You are not obliged to renew your membership programme.
We will contact you, by your preferred media – phone, text, mobile, email three times to arrange your programme appointments.
If you do not reply after the third contact then that time slot will be forsaken and not carried over.
All hours must be ‘used’ within the 6 month period.
There is no carry over to the next 6 months plan.
Shopping is carried out in the following locations, Brighton, Worthing, Chichester, Lewes & Horsham.
Guildford and other locations are subject to an additional travelling charge @45p per mile, after the first 20 miles, from The Style Studio.
If you wish to cancel your programme you must do so in writing or by email.
Payments are non-refundable. Your direct debit will be automatically terminated at the end of the subscription period if you are not renewing.
- Data Protection and Intellectual Property
We will respect the information you give us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your data accurate and up to date. We will use your data to administer your membership and it will not be forwarded to a third party.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the English law and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
