I just had to tell you how much of an impact you had on my (15 year old) daughter.
I was really concerned & worried about her self image & the way she would hide under layers of ill fitting clothes.

I dont know what you said to her but since your talk with her she has blossomed, from the moment she spoke to you her the change was instant & her confidence has continued to grow, she went shopping the very next weekend & brought the styles you suggested.

Honestly Gay she looks amazing! She’s even lost half a stone in weight since she’s happier & styles herself without trying to hide.

My two girls treated me to the workshop as part of my birthday present. It was something I wouldn't have thought about doing. I got a lot out of it.
Colours? I nearly always wore black because I didn't know what colours to wear, but now I wear colours and layer things up and wear scarfs. I feel
better, people have said I look nice, also had a change of hairstyle. I feel younger and more confident and now avoid black clothes.
